Instructions

    1. Kneel on the mat and hold the ab roller with your hands aligned under your shoulders.
    2. Engage your core and roll the ab roller forward until your body is fully extended.
    3. Maintain a straight line from your head to your hips.
    4. Slowly roll the ab roller back, using your core muscles to control the movement.
    5. Keep your back straight and avoid arching or sagging.
