Instructions

    1. Start by lying on your back, with your knees bent and feet off the ground.
    2. Place your hands behind your head, elbows wide.
    3. Engage your core and lift your upper body off the ground.
    4. Bring your opposite elbow towards your knee while extending the other leg out straight.
    5. Continue alternating sides, maintaining a strong, stable posture throughout.
