Instructions

    1. Lie down flat on your back.
    2. Place your hands underneath your lower back for support.
    3. Keeping your legs straight, lift one leg off the ground.
    4. Lower the lifted leg back down while simultaneously lifting the opposite leg.
    5. Maintain a neutral spine and engage your core throughout the exercise.
