Instructions

    1. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart.
    2. Extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height.
    3. Cross your right arm over your left arm, hugging yourself.
    4. Keep your chest lifted and spine straight.
    5. Hold the position for a few seconds, then switch arms.
