Instructions

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms relaxed by your sides.
    2. Using a controlled motion, take a step to the side with one foot.
    3. As you step, swing your opposite arm in the same direction.
    4. Keep your core engaged and maintain an upright posture.
    5. Alternate sides and continue for the desired duration.
