    1. Sit on a bench with back straight and feet firmly planted.
    2. Hold dumbbells at shoulder height with palms facing you.
    3. Press the dumbbells overhead while rotating your palms away from your body.
    4. Keep your core tight and avoid arching your back.
    5. Lower the dumbbells back to starting position with control.
