Instructions

    1. Kneel in front of parallel bars.
    2. Place your hands on the bars, shoulder-width apart.
    3. Lower your body by bending your elbows, keeping your back straight.
    4. Stop when your upper arms are parallel to the ground.
    5. Push back up, extending your arms fully without locking your elbows.
