Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart.
    2. Bend your knees and lower your hips into a squat position.
    3. Explode upwards, jumping as high as you can.
    4. Extend your arms overhead for balance.
    5. Land softly with your knees bent and repeat the jump.
