Instructions

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Hold resistance band with palms facing up, elbows bent to 45 degrees.
    3. Keep back straight and shoulders relaxed.
    4. Curl your hands toward your shoulders, squeezing your biceps.
    5. Slowly return to starting position and repeat.
