Instructions

    1. Secure a resistance band above shoulder level.
    2. Stand facing away from the band, holding the handles with arms extended forward.
    3. Step back to create tension in the band.
    4. Keeping a slight bend in the elbows, open your arms out to the sides.
    5. Maintain an upright posture with shoulders back and chest lifted.
