Instructions

    1. Kneel on a mat with resistance band anchored under your feet.
    2. Grip the band with an underhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
    3. Place your elbows on the inside of your thighs, keeping your back straight.
    4. Curl the band up towards your shoulders, contracting your biceps.
    5. Maintain a stable and upright posture throughout the exercise.
