Instructions

    1. Attach a resistance band to an anchor point at chest height.
    2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, facing away from the anchor point.
    3. Hold the handles with palms facing down at chest level.
    4. Engage your core and maintain a neutral spine.
    5. Push one arm forward, fully extending at the elbow, then return to starting position and repeat with the other arm.
