Instructions

    1. Attach a resistance band to a secure anchor point at waist height.
    2. Lie face up on a mat with knees bent and feet flat.
    3. Grip the resistance band with an underhand grip.
    4. Extend your arms straight up, keeping your elbows close to your body.
    5. Lower the band towards your forehead while keeping your core tight and back flat.
