Instructions

    1. Sit on a chair with a resistance band around both feet, knees bent 90 degrees.
    2. Place your hands on the sides of the chair for support.
    3. Extend one leg forward, squeezing the quadriceps muscle.
    4. Maintain an upright posture throughout the movement.
    5. Slowly lower the leg back to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
