Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, placing a resistance band under both feet.
    2. Hold the ends of the band with your hands at shoulder height.
    3. Keeping your back straight, bend sideways at the waist.
    4. Return to the starting position while maintaining good posture.
    5. Repeat the movement on the other side.
