Instructions

    1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and band around ankles.
    2. Engage core and maintain upright posture.
    3. Extend one leg straight back while keeping it aligned with torso.
    4. Squeeze glutes at the top of the movement.
    5. Return to starting position and repeat with other leg.
