Instructions

    1. Stand with one foot on a resistance band.
    2. Hold the ends of the band with both hands, palms facing inwards.
    3. Step up onto a platform, keeping your back straight.
    4. Push through your heel to stand up straight.
    5. Lower back down with control, keeping your knee in line with your toes.
