Instructions

    1. Stand on a resistance band with both feet, shoulder-width apart.
    2. Grasp the band with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
    3. Keep your back straight and shoulders down.
    4. Engage your core and pull the band towards your chin, keeping it close to your body.
    5. Pause briefly at the top of the movement and then slowly lower the band back to the starting position.
