Instructions

    1. Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Hold the band with both hands, hands wider than shoulder-width apart.
    3. Extend your arms in front of you, keeping them parallel to the ground.
    4. Slowly pull the band apart, stretching it towards your sides.
    5. Keep your shoulders down and back, maintaining good posture throughout.
