Instructions

    1. Lie on a flat bench with your feet planted on the ground.
    2. Grip the barbell with your hands just outside shoulder width.
    3. Lower the barbell to your chest while keeping your back flat on the bench.
    4. Push the barbell back up to starting position.
    5. Maintain proper alignment of your shoulders, head, and lower back throughout the exercise.
