Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and toes pointing slightly outwards.
    2. Grab the barbell with an overhand grip, wider than shoulder-width apart.
    3. Squat down by bending your knees and pushing your hips back.
    4. Keep your back straight and chest up throughout the movement.
    5. Push through your heels to stand back up, extending your hips and knees fully.
