Instructions

    1. Lie on a bench and grip the barbell with hands closer than shoulder width.
    2. Unrack the barbell and position it directly above your chest with arms straight.
    3. Lower the barbell towards your chest, keeping your elbows tucked in.
    4. Push the barbell back up to the starting position, focusing on maintaining a neutral spine.
    5. Keep your shoulder blades retracted and core engaged throughout the exercise.
