Instructions

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and barbell on the ground in front of you.
    2. Bend at the hips and knees, keeping your back straight and chest lifted.
    3. Grasp the barbell with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
    4. Keep your shoulders back and down, and engage your core.
    5. Drive through your heels, extend your hips, and lift the barbell up, maintaining a neutral spine.
