Instructions

    1. Set up blocks at knee height.
    2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and barbell over blocks.
    3. Hinge at hips, maintaining a flat back and neutral neck position.
    4. Grip the barbell with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
    5. Drive through your heels, extend your hips, and lift the barbell, maintaining proper posture.
