Instructions

    1. Set up a decline bench at a 30-45 degree angle.
    2. Lie on the bench with your feet secured and knees bent.

    4. Lower the barbell to your lower chest while maintaining a tight core and a neutral spine.
    5. Press the barbell back up explosively, focusing on keeping your elbows tucked and maintaining a strong posture.
