Instructions

    1. Lie on a decline bench with your feet secure and head lower than your body.
    2. Hold a barbell with a shoulder-width grip above your chest.
    3. Lower the barbell behind your head while maintaining a slight bend in your elbows.
    4. Keep your core engaged and your back flat on the bench.
    5. Return to the starting position by raising the barbell back above your chest.
