Instructions

    1. Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart, toes pointing in opposite directions.
    2. Place a barbell between your legs, gripping with both hands.
    3. Squat down, keeping back straight, chest up, and knees pointing outward.
    4. Push through your heels to stand back up, maintaining proper posture.
    5. Keep core engaged throughout the exercise.
