Instructions

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, grasping barbell in one hand.
    2. Keep your back straight and engage your core.
    3. Lower the barbell to the side, keeping it close to your leg.
    4. Keep your other arm extended to the side for balance.
    5. Return to starting position using your hip and leg muscles.
