Instructions

    1. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Hold a barbell on your upper back, with your hands gripping it firmly.
    3. Step one leg back, lowering your body until your front knee is bent at a 90-degree angle.
    4. Keep your chest up and your back straight throughout the exercise.
    5. Push through your front foot to return to the starting position.
