Instructions

    1. Begin by standing with your feet hip-width apart.
    2. Hold a barbell on your upper back, gripping it with both hands.
    3. Take a big step back with one foot, bending both knees to lower into a lunge position.
    4. Keep your chest up, back straight, and core engaged throughout the movement.
    5. Push through your front heel to return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
