Instructions

    1. Lie on a bench with a reverse grip on the barbell.
    2. Grip the barbell with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
    3. Keep your back flat against the bench and your feet grounded.
    4. Lower the barbell to your chest, maintaining control and proper form.
    5. Push the barbell back up, extending your arms fully without locking your elbows.
