Instructions

    1. Position yourself face down on an incline bench with a reverse grip on the barbell.
    2. Hang your arms fully extended.
    3. Pull the barbell towards your lower chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
    4. Keep your elbows close to your body and maintain a neutral spine.
    5. Slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position.
