Instructions

    1. Sit on a bench with your feet flat on the ground.
    2. Hold the barbell with an overhand grip and rest it on your thighs.
    3. Lower your wrists, moving the barbell towards the ground.
    4. Slowly raise your wrists, curling the barbell upwards.
    5. Keep your upper arms and elbows stationary throughout the exercise.
