Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a barbell behind your neck.
    2. Bend laterally to one side, keeping your back straight and core engaged.
    3. Lower the barbell towards your knee on the bending side.
    4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
    5. Maintain proper alignment and avoid leaning forward or backward.
