Instructions

    1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a barbell with both hands in front of thighs.
    2. Lift one leg off the ground, extending it straight behind you.
    3. Lower the barbell toward the ground, maintaining a flat back.
    4. Keep your standing knee slightly bent and chest lifted.
    5. Return to starting position and repeat on the other leg.
