Instructions

    1. Start with barbell racked on your shoulders.
    2. Step forward with one leg and bend your knees into a half-squat position.
    3. Drive the barbell straight above your head while extending your legs.
    4. Lock out your arms and keep your torso upright.
    5. Maintain a strong and stable core throughout the exercise.
