Instructions

    1. Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart and toes angled out.
    2. Hold the barbell with an overhand grip, hands just outside shoulder-width distance.
    3. Hinge at the hips, keeping your back straight and chest lifted.
    4. Lower the barbell towards the ground, maintaining a neutral spine.
    5. Rise back up by squeezing your glutes and pushing through your heels.
