Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and grip a barbell with an overhand grip.
    2. Keep your back straight and shoulders pulled back.
    3. Start with the barbell hanging in front of your thighs.
    4. Pull the barbell upward, close to your body, until it reaches your chest level.
    5. Lower the barbell back to the starting position.
