Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Hold the barbell with an overhand grip, wider than shoulder-width.
    3. Keep your chest up and your back straight.
    4. Lower your body into a parallel squat position, pushing your hips back.
    5. Extend your hips and knees to return to the starting position.
