Instructions

    1. Lie down on a flat bench.
    2. Grip the barbell with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width.
    3. Keep your feet firmly on the ground.
    4. Lower the barbell towards your chest, keeping your elbows at a 45-degree angle.
    5. Press the barbell back up to starting position, maintaining a neutral spine.
