Instructions

    1. Lie on your back on a stability ball with bent knees.
    2. Keep your feet planted on the ground.
    3. Place your arms straight out to the sides.
    4. Gently rotate your hips and legs to the side while keeping your upper body stable.
    5. Hold for a moment and return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side.
