    1. Begin by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Hold a towel with both hands, shoulder-width apart, palms facing your body.
    3. Hinge forward at the hips, keeping your back straight.
    4. Pull the towel towards your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
    5. Lower the towel back down slowly while maintaining your posture.
