Instructions

    1. Begin in a hanging position on a pull-up bar.
    2. Pull your body up explosively, using your arms and shoulders.
    3. As you reach the top of the pull-up, press down on the bar with your hands.
    4. Transition your torso over the bar, keeping body straight.
    5. Lower your body back down under control.
