Instructions

    1. Stand with a slight bend in your knees and your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Hold a weighted water bottle in each hand.
    3. Bring your elbows up to shoulder height, keeping them close to your body.
    4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together as you pull the bottles towards your armpits.
    5. Keep your back straight and engage your core throughout the exercise.
