    1. Place a bottle filled with water or sand between your feet.
    2. Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
    3. Hinge at your hips and lower down to grab the bottle with both hands.
    4. Maintain a flat back and engage your core.
    5. Stand up, squeezing your glutes at the top.
