    1. Hold a bottle with both hands in front of your chest.
    2. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    3. Squat down by bending your knees and pushing your hips backward.
    4. Maintain a straight back and keep your chest up.
    5. Lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the ground.
