Instructions

    1. Lie on your back on a bench or floor with knees bent.
    2. Hold a weighted bottle in each hand with palms facing forward.
    3. Keep your elbows at a 90-degree angle, upper arms parallel to the floor.
    4. Exhale as you press the bottles upward until arms are fully extended.
    5. Maintain a neutral spine and engage your core throughout the exercise.
