Instructions

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the bottle with both hands.
    2. Keep your back straight and engage your core.
    3. Bend your knees and hinge at the hips, lowering the bottle between your legs.
    4. Quickly drive your hips forward and bring the bottle up to shoulder height.
    5. Maintain proper posture throughout the movement.
