Instructions

    1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a bottle in each hand.
    2. Keep your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
    3. Start with arms hanging in front of your thighs.
    4. Exhale, and pull the bottles straight up towards your chest.
    5. Keep your elbows higher than your forearms.
