    1. Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the ground.
    2. Place a resistance band just above your knees.
    3. Lift your hips off the ground, forming a straight line with your body.
    4. Open your knees outward, maintaining tension in the resistance band.
    5. Engage your glutes and core while keeping your spine neutral.
